Mr. John Ruimb – Executive Chairman &
Managing Director
Mr. John Ruimb holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree for UPNG and Diploma in
Corporate Directorship from University of New England, Australia, and
undergraduate studies in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities
Institute of Australia. He has over
18 year experience in funds management. He previously served as a Director of on
the Board of various reputable companies in PNG including BOC Gases (PNG)
Limited, Kumuls Hotels Limited, Origin Energy (PNG) Limited, Trukai Industries
Limited, Toyota Tsusho (PNG) Limited and Metals Refining Holdings Limited.
Mr. Ruimb has extensive experience in Finance and Investment Management having
worked as Loans Officer, Senior Loans Officer and Acting Manger with Rural
Development Bank. He worked as Investment Analyst, Senior Investment Analyst,
Investment Manager, Deputy Managing Director and Managing Director with
Investment Corporation of PNG between 1991 and 2002. He also served as Executive
Manager Investments with Defence Force Retirement Benefits Fund. Funds under
management was K80 million.
Mr. Philip Isu – Executive Director
Investments
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from University of PNG, and a Masters
Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from RMIT Melbourne Australia
He has held various positions including Investment Analyst – Department of
Treasury, Senior Investment Analyst & Portfolio Manager with Public Officers
Superannuation Fund Board (POSFB). Fund under management at POSFB K500 million.
Mr. Isu previously served as a Director on a number of company Boards including
Amalpak Limited, Markham Culverts Limited, Metals Refining Holdings Limited and
Origin Energy (PNG) Limited.
Mr. Enoch Pokarop – Executive Director – Fund Administration
Mr. Pokarop holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from UPNG, Master of Business
Administration (MBA) from UPNG and a Diploma in Corporate Directorship from
University of New England, Australia. He is a member of the Australia Corporate
Directors Association and Australian Institute of Management. He has also
undertaken various training in corporate finance.
Mr. Pokarop has over 16 years experience in Finance and Investment Management as
well as Research having worked as Research Officer and Loans Officer with PNGBC
( 1989 – 1994 ), Investment Analyst, Senior Investment Analyst, Investment
Manager and Fund Administration Manager with ICPNG ( February 1994 – Jan 2002 ).
Mr. Pokarop previously served as a Director on a number of company Boards
including Marsh Limited. He previously served as a Director on Associated Mills
Limited, BHP Steel Building Products Limited, BOC Gases (PNG) Limited, Kumuls
Hotels Limited, Origin Energy (PNG) Limited and Toyota Tsusho (PNG) Limited.
Mr. Wilson Nelson – Executive Director & Company Secretary
Mr. Wilson Nelson holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree from UPNG and a Diploma
in Corporate Directorship form University of New England Australia. He has
undertaken various training in corporate finance and is also enrolled in the
Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment at the Securities Institute of
Australia. He is a member of the Australian Corporate Directors Association as
well as PNG Institute of Directors.
Mr. Nelson has a wealth of experience in finance and investment management
having worked as Financial Analyst and Project Cycle Officer with the Department
Finance & Planning ( 1988 – 1994 ) and Investment Analyst, Senior Investment
Analyst and Investment Manager with Investment Corporation of PNG ( 1994 –
January 2002 ).
Mr. Nelson previously served as a Director on a number of company Boards
including Amalpack Limited and Toyota Tsusho (PNG) Limited.
Mr. Clifford Kasi – Executive Manager
(Finance & Administration)
 Mr. Clifford Kasi holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from UPNG and a
Master of Law in International Tax from Leiden University, Netherlands.
He has over nine (9) years hands on experience in accounting, audit and
taxation. He is also a specialist in international transfer pricing.
