Company Secretary - Wilson Nelson.
The Company Secretary is responsible for company secretarial and legal
compliance requirements of Pacific Equities & Investments Limited and the Funds
under its management.
This section is also responsible for legal compliance issues in relation to the
Securities Act 1997, Securities Regulation 1999, the Superannuation Act 2000,
Companies Act 1997, Companies Regulations 1998 and the respective Trust Deeds
and Agreements of Funds under its management.
Pacific Equities & Investments Limited believes in and will uphold honesty and
fair play within established rules and legal requirements.
Finance & Administration
The Finance & Administration Team is responsible for all the accounting and
financial functions of Pacific Equities & Investments Limited and the Funds
under its management.
Office & Personnel Administration
This section of the Finance & Administration Division is responsible for all
general office administration including payroll and personnel matters.
The functions performed by this division ensure the management teams spend
maximum time in fund management matters and clients’ services.
Professional Staff Training & Development:
Pacific Equities & Investments Limited employs a dedicated team of
professionals who are committed to the delivery of value and service for all our
clients.
The company is involved in a staff training and development programme which
ensures that staff skills are continually enhanced.
Various staff are enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance &
Investment at the Securities institute of Australia, and the Certified Financial
Analyst course offered by the United States Investment Institute.
Pacific Equities & Investments Limited will continue to develop staff skills and
qualifications.
